GREEN ZONE — You've Got This
Issues you can safely diagnose and resolve with guided support. Clogged drains, running toilets, tripped breakers, HVAC filter changes, appliance resets.
YELLOW ZONE — Professional Assessment Recommended
Issues that may require a licensed professional. We help you understand what's happening so you can describe it accurately when you call — saving you time and money on the service visit.
RED ZONE — Stop. Don't Touch. Call Now.
Gas smells, active water flooding, exposed wiring, structural damage, anything involving your safety. We immediately direct you to emergency services or the appropriate licensed professional. No exceptions.
Every session ends with a clear outcome: either you've resolved the issue, or you have a detailed summary to hand to the professional you call. No guessing. No gray areas.
HeroDIY processes your session locally for speed. Your data is stored in Swiss-secured infrastructure, protected by Swiss Federal Data Protection Act.
